Avoid outside trips - Stay home

Plan ahead and know your needs. Food is important for you and your family. Put the mask over your face before leaving the house for any work outside. If you need a break or help, work with your children. Read and write together with your children and share some cooking ideas. What and how to cook new recipes? Reading new books, magazines. This will keep you and your family busy and bring enjoyable moments in your home


Stay active and eat healthy food

Taking care of our bodies is essential to support our own body and physical structures. 


Eat healthy nutrition and food regularly. The healthiest meals emphasize whole grains, fresh vegetables, and fruits, fresh juices, Milk, Eggs, Nuts and seeds. Meat and chicken are easy to cook with variety of different flavors as well. Try some new recipes at home

Think Positive

Stick with your routine as much possible. Go to bed and get up in the morning on your usual schedule. Eat meals at regular times. Find ways to exercise at home regularly and play with kids and with family. Keep in touch with your other family members and friends during this pandemic and stressful time 


 

Exercise Regularly

It is extremely important, especially during this time to maintain some physical activity. Regular exercise releases chemicals in the body that makes us healthy and feel fresh and good. Exercise also release stress, reduce anxiety and good for better sleep. You can break down the exercise in short phases into 10 minutes in the morning, 10 in the afternoon, and 10 in the evening. When you've established that as a daily routine, then your day will be better, healthy while staying at home.


 

Take care of yourselves – first and foremost. And then make sure others in your surroundings have what they need to keep moving forward, healthy and safely. 


When you do go out, wash your hands before you leave home and as soon as you return to home to keep everyone safe at your place.
