There is a construction trend that can be noted in almost all big cities of Pakistan currently. The new housing projects are being built in areas that were previously thought to be uninhabitable. Now these areas are rapidly expanding. Just like we have DHA City and Bahria Town in Karachi on the Main Super Highway. There was a time when people couldn't imagine living in Gulshan but now it is one of the most heavily populated localities in Karachi. So, the city is expanding outwards. Same is the case with Lahore. Dream Housing Society is being built in an area of Lahore that is rapidly growing and expanding. It is one of the leading names in the list of housing societies that are on the more affordable end of the spectrum.

This society quickly became a favorite for the middle income group of Lahore mainly because of the versatile range of plots that it offers. There are residential plots of 3,5,7 and 10 Marla. Then they also have 1 kanal residential plots. In addition to this the society also has commercial plots. In reality this society has mainly attracted genuine buyers who plan on making a future here and building their houses instead of investors who are just looking for investment opportunities.

Any place or housing society that is located near the Ring Road in Lahore has the pleasure of having access to the rest of the city. Along with Bahria Orchard and Lake City, Lahore Dream Housing Society also enjoys this benefit of being only 5 minute drive away from this main road of the city. Right opposite to Dream Housing Society we have the campus of Superior University. A very recent addition to the plans of this housing society is the Safari Block. The payment plan for this new block has not been announced yet.

According to recent updates, any interested buyer can get the file for a plot after paying a premium between the amount of PKR 25,000 and PKR 300,000. This premium depends highly on the location and vicinity of the plot and also its size. The balloting for these plots has been planned to be carried out in December of the current year. Some of the developmental work on the plot have started and finished but a lot of it is put on hold until they get the PP2 NOC. An unofficial map of the society is being circulated to generate interest of the buyers but unless and until the pending NOC is received, the genuine map will not be uncovered.
