Pakistan is all set to welcome its tallest building in Karachi and DHA City has been chosen as the venue to lay the foundation of this magnificent 65-stories building. It is a mega project of great significance and it will surely innovate the real estate industry of Karachi with its dynamic presence. 

Earlier in July, Commander 5 Corps and President Executive Board DHA, Lt Gen Shahid Baig Mirza, HI(M) inaugurated the ground breaking ceremony of the DCK Interchange project. The ceremony was held at DHA City and Corps Commander and DG FWO Lt Gen Muhammad Afzal had the honour of unveiling the plaque at the ground breaking ceremony of this mega landmark project. 

The army intends to begin construction of this project in a highly professional and disciplined manner while maintaining complete transparency. Indeed, this was a highly symbolic vision and it introduced Karachi and the entire country to the ambitious and innovative strategic vision behind the FWO Towers and the entire DHA City project. It is a state-of-the-art project being constructed to beat the international standards of luxury and innovation. 

The DCK Interchange is being designed with the aim of enhancing multiple connectivity and providing the citizens of Karachi greater ease of accessibility and commuting. Indeed, the arrival of FWO Towers and DHA City will help Karachi move towards becoming a safer and modern, cosmopolitan city. 

FWO Tower is going to emerge as a significant contributor towards economic and national development, as it is a significantly dynamic, mega project and it will invite a throng of commerce and business to Pakistan’s largest city. DG Frontier Works Organization has announced that FWO Towers, the tallest building in Pakistan, and the entire DCK Interchange Project will be constructed in a record time period of no more than one year. 

Moreover, he also revealed that FWO Towers will consist of 65 stories and it is being constructed with great speed. The K-4 project is all but complete and in summer 2019. The project will made significant developments in overcoming water shortage within the metropolis. 

According to Administrator DHA Brig Shahid Hassan Ali, the DCK Interchange project will be symbolic of improved connectivity, serving as an integral link between the two sides across the M-9. The ceremony was attended by army officials, FWO, DHA and DCK officials and representatives of IBA, Dow University of Health Sciences and DHA Resident’s Association along with a large number of influential locals and notable realtors.
