PM Imran Khan on Friday established the framework of the aspiring Central Business District (CBD) project at the Walton Air terminal airport site, declaring that the undertaking would help make truly necessary abundance to take care of unfamiliar credits that had aggregated over the previous 'decade of obscurity'.
