The Supreme Court of Pakistan accepted Bahria Town Karachi's Rs460 billion offer for the lands they occupied in the Karachi’s Malir district. The Supreme court stopped National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from filing references against Bahria Town.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan reserved the ruling last week. This land is in Malir district at Super Highway Karachi. The Supreme Court accepted the offer, which was elevated to total Rs. 460 billions.
The total amount will be paid in seven years with initial payment of Rs 25 billion by August 2019.
