A survey conducted by Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) declares Karachi as the 6th most affordable city among other 133 cities. Karachi has always been the central attraction for the people of Pakistan since the city provides better chances to grow, do business and better education opportunities.
Karachi has shown some serious improvements in terms of political stability, economy, inflation rates and job opportunities. The survey conducted is based on the prices customers have to pay for food, clothing, household supplies, personal accessories, rental bills, recreational costs and fees of educational institutes. 
Karachi provides large number of accommodation opportunities to the resident and being ranked among the cheapest cities in the world, the importance of the city has increased many times.
